This Delivery Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed with AD Wholesale Group Limited (Company No. 17265937). All deliveries are made to registered business addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day.
Standard delivery timeframes for UK mainland addresses are as follows:
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control including carrier delays, high demand periods, or adverse weather conditions.
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, and other remote areas may incur additional charges and extended delivery times. Please contact us prior to ordering if your delivery address falls within these areas.
Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery location. A delivery quote will be provided at the point of order confirmation. Minimum order values may apply for free or subsidised delivery — please contact us for current thresholds.
Upon delivery, please inspect all goods before signing for receipt. Any visible damage to packaging should be noted on the delivery documentation. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries.
